Grinding device for our brush cutter blade RM04-40254.
The device is used with a small disc grinder (not included).
First, the blade has to be mounted on the apparatus.
The disc grinder has to be fixed in the universal socket.
The position of the retainer is adjustable and has to be fixed in the correct position before the electrical device (disc grinder) will be switched on.
The grinding process will be lever operated by hand.
Every time the lever will be moved forward the grinding disc of the device will be moved to the former adjusted position and will sharpen the cutting tooth of the blade.
Every time the lever will be moved backwards, the position of the blade will be mechanically moved to the after next tooth (skipping one tooth).
This procedure will be repeated till the blade has turned itself one time (360°).
The same procedure has to be done for the former overstepped teeth corresponding to the different angle.
There are 2 different grinding angles for the teeth (see original blade).
This device will be delivered without disc grinder and without grinding disc.
Please order separately.
Can be used with 1 inch center hole blades.
Adapter for 20mm center hole: 0585-7000.
